About Me: My favorite quote is, “What hurts today, makes you stronger tomorrow.” When I exercise, I enjoy using free weights and resistance bands. I also really enjoy High-Intensity Interval Training in our HIIT Zone! I like to practice good nutrition and refuel with a protein shake or protein bar after a good workout. My inspiration to become a trainer was to help people stay healthy and fit!
